SAP Basis Consultant

About project

We are looking for SAP Basis Consultant who will join a team working in a global container liner shipping company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of SAP systems while supporting a fast-paced, global business.

Possibility of 100% remote work with occasional travel to Gdańsk or Hamburg (frequency to be determined).

Engagement Duration: 3–6 months

Tasks

• Coordinate and manage SAP system administration and operations
• Oversee system installations, configurations, and upgrades
• Monitor and optimize SAP system performance
• Manage user access, roles, and security permissions
• Support infrastructure operations, networks, interfaces, and load balancing
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with development teams
• Ensure smooth SAP release version upgrades and infrastructure updates
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP Basis administration and IT Service Management
• Knowledge of SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or other cloud solutions
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure operations, cloud environments, and load balancing
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to oversee complex system landscapes
• Experience with SAP version upgrades and cloud infrastructure updates
• Proficiency in English at the C1 level
