About project

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant who will join a team working in a global container liner shipping company. You will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our SAP financial processes. If you are passionate about SAP solutions, financial process optimization, and working in a challenging yet rewarding environment, this role is perfect for you!

Possibility of 100% remote work with occasional travel to Gdańsk or Hamburg (frequency to be determined).

Engagement Duration: 3–6 months

Tasks

• Support and enhance SAP FI/CO processes, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Analyze, design, and implement SAP solutions in financial and controlling modules
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve financial workflows
• Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for SAP FI/CO
• Participate in SAP system upgrades, rollouts, and integration projects
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA is a plus
• Understanding of financial processes in the logistics or transportation industry is an advantage
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in English at the C1 level
