What you will do/ Main areas of responsibility:

• Assisting in the research, development, and production of cutting-edge medical and biotech technologies and solutions, including devices, systems, analytical tools, and software.
• Engaging with clients to gather insights on product needs while assessing technical specifications, user feedback, and business demands.
• Designing, configuring, and maintaining a network infrastructure based on MikroTik devices.
• Deploying VPN and routing solutions for internal and external clients.
• Participating in projects related to network modernization and scaling.
• Creating and updating technical documentation.
• Creating pipelines and CI/CD

What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience with Ansible, Jenkins, Docker Compose
• Experience with MikroTik, Cisco or Ubiquiti 
• Familiarity with VLAN, NAT, VPN (OpenVPN, WireGuard).
• Understanding of ISO-OSI model, layer 2 and 3 
• Familiarity with Docker, Bash, Python, MQTT, Syslog, SNMP
• Network understanding: LAN, WAN, TCP IP, UDP
• Knowledge of one from: C, C++ or JavaScript, Python
• Experience with AWS or GCP, single-board computers and industrial PCs
• OT/IT integration in the office and at the customer's location

Nice to have:

• MikroTik Certificates: MTCNA, MTCRE and others
• Basic scripting skills for MikroTik (e.g., automation tasks).
• Manual skills: PCB soldering, using workshop tools,
