Data Engineer

We are looking for a Data Engineer to build an AI platform for large corporations with our client. Work European hours with teams in the Emirates and Spain. 

Your main responsibilities for this position will be:

• Designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure necessary for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a variety of data sources.
• Developing and implementing data collection systems that integrate a variety of sources such as proprietary company data.
• Working on GCP-based infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to fine-tune requirements, iterate and complete designs, produce working proofs of concept, and develop final data solutions.

This offer will be a perfect match for you if you have:

• Over 5 years in distributed data systems, with a deep understanding of data mesh principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Python (Golang is a plus).
• Expertise in federated data platforms, real-time data processing, distributed data governance, and data product design.
• Fluent in English (min. B2)
