Adobe Commerce / Magento Technical Team Lead

THE WORK:

• Lead architecture and development of enterprise-grade e-commerce solutions (B2C, B2B, D2C) for international industry leaders
• Design and oversee complex system integrations between Adobe Commerce and business-critical platforms (ERP, CRM, 3PL, PSP)
• Drive technical excellence by establishing best practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring code quality across projects
• Supervise a team of software developers, ensuring the team delivers high-quality software solutions on time and within budget
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide feedback to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Mentor and support team members, ensuring continuous growth and technical proficiency.

Your expertise and leadership will directly shape the future of enterprise e-commerce solutions, driving digital transformation for global brands and setting new standards for technical excellence.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento 2.x)
• 2+ years of experience in managing and leading technical teams, including task delegation and performance management.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Adobe Commerce solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Commerce architecture, design patterns, and performance/security optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and guide teams in solving complex problems.
• Strong commitment to code quality and best practices, expertise in establishing coding standards and best practices
• Fluency in English and Polish (B2+ level) to collaborate effectively within international teams.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Adobe Commerce Technical Expert/Professional certification(s)
• Strong JavaScript / Typescript skills
• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
• Deep understanding of Adobe Commerce Cloud architecture and DevOps practices
