Embedded Software Engineer with Python

WHO WE ARE:

We are looking for a skilled Embedded Software Engineer with Python to join our team and explore the exciting world of System-on-Chip (SoC) Modeling. This is a unique opportunity for an engineer with strong Python skills and an interest in simulation tools like SimPy to step into the domain of SoC Modeling and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies powering next-generation AI systems.

THE WORK:

• Develop and maintain simulation models for embedded systems using Python.
• Utilize simulation frameworks like SimPy to model system behavior.
• Contribute to the analysis and validation of SoC performance and behavior.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of simulation insights into product development.
• Document processes and share findings to support team-wide knowledge.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Strong Python programming skills: Expertise in building, debugging, and optimizing code.
• Familiarity with SimPy or similar simulation frameworks: Ability to create and manage system models.
• A strong interest in learning about SoC architecture and applying simulation techniques in this context.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with event-driven simulation or other modeling tools (e.g., Gem5).
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML accelerators or specialized processors.
• Exposure to performance data analysis and visualization.
