Our team – Technology Operating Model - as a part of Technology Strategy & Advisory is our dedicated practice focused on transforming business and technology to achieve business agility at scale and competitive advantage. 

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: 

Depending on your experience and a project goal you will support Accenture clients in: 

Transformation projects: 

• IT Operating Model assessment, design and implementation 
• Understanding client’s challenges and ambitions regarding Operating Model by discussing with the C-Suite, executives and team members 
• Definition of target state for Agile way of working and transformation roadmaps 
• Understanding and adopting new practices by coaching and training executives and teams 

Building the efficiency of their teams by performing operational roles: 

• Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Consultant, etc. - the role depends on your skillset and preferences you have building you career path 

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

Education: 

• Min. bachelor’s degree 
• Nice to have: any of the certificates related to Agile/projects or service management e.g. PSM, CSM, SAFe Agilist (or any other SAFe related certificates), AgilePM, PMI certs, ITIL etc. 

Experience: 

• Experience in working in Agile within IT environments, preferably on roles such as Agile Coach/Scrum Master/RTE;  
• Nice to have: experience in Agile transformations or in designing Agile processes/structures in the teams  
• Nice to have: experience in a consulting company in advisor role supporting organizational changes  

Communication:

• First class written and verbal communication skills 
• Proficiency in English 
• Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and powerful manner allowing interactions with client representatives at all levels 
• Nice to have: any other foreign languages (a proficiency in German is a strong asset)

Other:

• Strong problem-solving skills including the ability to structure client challenges, perform end-to-end analyses 
• Ability to work independently on projects to handle new challenges in dynamic work environments  
• Willingness to work in international environments

Working Conditions: 

• Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.  
• We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
