THE WORK:

• Analyze the organization and design its processes and systems ( this includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering and synthesizing information).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Design and implement solutions to meet customer requirements and develop innovative strategies to improve business processes and systems.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

• Experience as a SAP BRIM Consultant  is a must.
• Hands on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation programs.
• Team management and project management skills.
• Fluent English communication for collaborating with international teams.
