Tech Lead / Senior IT Architect with DevOps Expertise

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Senior IT Architect with DevOps expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced IT systems. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, backend application development, system integration, and practical experience in DevOps practices. Additionally, this person will manage and resolve issues related to integrations and provide customer support for implemented solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Azure and SaaS.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend systems using ASP.Net, Azure and C#.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Automate deployment processes and environment configurations with tools such as PowerShell.
• Manage and resolve issues related to system integrations and ensure smooth operation of interconnected platforms.
• Provide technical support to customers, ensuring swift resolution of problems and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to best practices in software development and DevOps.

Our requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in IT in technical roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (Azure Functions, ServiceBus), Azure Pipeline, SQL Server, EntityFramework or Dapper, ASP.Net, C#, and Visual Studio.
• Practical knowledge of SharePoint (2007/2010) development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Expertise in automating deployment and configuration processes, with a strong emphasis on PowerShell, as well as experience with Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with identity and access management solutions such as Auth0 and Okta.
• Familiarity with configuration management best practices and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
