Hardware. The home office budget covers a laptop and a headset (if needed).

Flexible working hours. Due to the customer support and the daily cycle of our core customer base, 10:00-15:00 CET is required. If you need to finish up earlier, it’s fine — that’s just the default. Other than that, there are no restrictions — just attend the meetings and stay in alignment with the team.
-
Paid time off. All bank holidays are off. On top of that, there are 26 days of paid time off and 5 days of sick leave.
-
Traveling. Company retreats twice a year are expected but not mandatory (once for the whole company and once for the product team). All conferences, local events, and online events (meetups, conferences, etc.) are highly encouraged but not mandatory. Traveling expenses can be covered in case of being a speaker and clearly mentioning aleno (for hiring, marketing, etc.).
You are joining the Product Team, working on the entire application, including product owners, developers, other QAs, and DevOps. While everyone is aiming for the highest quality possible, errors happen — that’s where your eagle eye kicks in and saves the day.
The Wrocław team works in a hybrid setup, i.e., we meet in the office once a week (rented coworking space). On top of that, we try to have a small gathering every month in Wrocław. The schedule is adjusted to our needs.
