You are a Senior engineer looking to advance your career in the banking sector; able to work min. 2 days/week from central Warsaw office.

We are building the first Polish software development hub for top 3 bank in the Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania). Warsaw will be the next hub alongside the bank's operations in Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius.

You will have a chance to join as an early team member in the new location of an established, market-leading bank, with the goal of creating an international banking champion.

Project Brief

We are helping the customer ramp up 7 teams across the Lending department, dealing with the following areas:

• Consumer & corporate lending (new products)
• Legacy maintenance & modernization
• Devops and infra

In the initial stages, we are able to offer positions to the following profiles:

• Senior Java + Javascript full-stack engineer
• Senior Java backend engineer
• Senior Python data engineer
• Senior DevOps engineer

Previous project background in the financial sector is highly valued.

Compensation according to seniority.

Timeline

• March-April: pre-screening candidates - 20-30 min interview to map your skills and match the profile to relevant project/team;
• April-May: matching candidates to the teams/projects; Engineering Manager interviews.
• May-June: onboarding early team members, fully-paid onboarding week in Tallinn or Vilnius.
• July-September: scaling teams
