WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

• Azure Platform Engineering: Build, manage, and enhance the Azure platform for application deployments using Infrastructure-as-Code methods like Terraform

• Cloud Services Integration: Configure, deploy, and manage common cloud services (IAM, networking, monitoring, containers) while ensuring compliance with operational risk standards

• Networking and Connectivity: Manage Azure networking, including ExpressRoute, DNS, IP allocation, traffic routing, and firewalls

• CI/CD and Patching: Support continuous integration, delivery, and testing processes, and implement patches as needed

• Operational Support: Provide troubleshooting, fault resolution, and support to application teams, while updating operational documentation

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on market trends, maintain technical expertise, and ensure alignment between cybersecurity and cloud services

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

• Azure WAF and Cloud Security: Demonstrated expertise in Azure WAF enablement and strong understanding of cloud network security concepts and engineering

• Azure Services and DevOps: Experience deploying IaaS, PaaS services in Azure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and applying Infrastructure-as-Code principles with tools like Terraform, PowerShell, or Ansible

• Security and Compliance: Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance controls, and tools like Microsoft Sentinel or Defender, with operational effectiveness to align with security standards

• Technical Breadth and Problem Solving: Proficiency in deploying Azure services across identity, networking, compute, storage, and web infrastructure, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Communication and Change Implementation: Excellent communication skills to convey complex information effectively, coupled with a track record of driving continuous improvement and successful change implementation

• Desirable Expertise: Industry certifications, multi-cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP), scripting proficiency (e.g., Python, Linux), and familiarity with highly regulated industries like financial services

This role requires presence in the Kraków office once a week.
