Your challenges

• Facilitate Discussions and Coordinate Collaboration: Lead conversations with business stakeholders, bridging Business and IT needs.
• Data and Impact Analysis: Assess change impacts, identify gaps, and address process inefficiencies.
• Support Change Management and Process Optimization: Participate in change initiatives and operational improvements.
• Reporting and Dashboard Creation: Generate and maintain consistent, accurate data reports and dashboards.
• Insight Extraction and Trend Identification: Analyze data to uncover patterns and suggest improvements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Clearly communicate findings and recommendations, supporting local markets in strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a big, international organization
• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
• Experience in data consolidation and management, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Experience in leading projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Attention to detail and precision in generating reports and insights
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English
