WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

• Implementation of front-office applications for the FX Options business, including both front-end and back-end development and testing
• Providing ongoing IT support for the FX Options business to meet their daily operational needs
• Collaborating with the FX Options business and business support functions to deliver technical solutions and maintain daily operations
• Functioning as part of the FX Options IT team, providing regular feedback on changes, functionalities, and workflows between deliverables and IT management, and delivering technical solutions to the business
• Managing and contributing to eTrading project development for simulation analytics in the ADS system
• Building Data Science-focused analytics features for various Trading Desks

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

• A minimum of 3 years of IT software development experience and strong technical knowledge
• Solid experience in Python and Java
• Solid experience in Pandas, Numpy, Flask/Django
• Experience in machine learning, NLP, and AI is an advantage
• Experience in building FX or Rates pricing systems is an advantage
• Experience with KDB or Cloud solutions is an advantage
• Ability to work with both local and global teams
• Good understanding of Agile development methodology and a delivery-driven mindset
• Leadership skills and ability to provide guidance to junior team members
• A flexible approach to delivery responsibilities
• Open-minded with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
