Lead/Senior Power BI Developer

We are looking for a Lead/Senior Power BI Developer for our customer, Swiss the best-known watch brands in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholders collaboration: gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for BI solutions. 
• BI solution development: designing architecture, developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business decision-making. 
• Data Visualization: utilizing data visualization techniques to represent complex data in an easily understandable manner using tools like Power BI. 
• Performance Optimization: monitoring and optimizing the performance of BI solutions, ensuring fast and efficient data processing and retrieval. 
• User and Data Security: Implementing user and data security to protect sensitive information.

And if you possess...

• 8+ years of experience in developing Business Intelligence solutions, including 3+ years in the BI lead role
• Gathering business and functional requirements, identify gaps in requirements and drive discussion around appropriate solutions.
• Proficient in Power BI report development and dashboards per business requirement and publishing to the consumers for decision-making
• Sound knowledge of various visuals like Heat Maps, Geocoding, Symbol Maps, Pie Charts, Bar Charts, Tree Maps, Gantts, Circle Views, Line Charts, Area Charts, Scatter Plots, Bullet Graphs, Histograms etc,
• Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning, and optimization of reports/dashboards
• Strong understanding of Power BI user and group security configuration
• Knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, PowerQuery, DAX.etc and experience with Azure ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data-related challenges and optimize data architecture.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
