About your Role:
As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of networks, servers, and business applications. You will work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot IT issues, manage system configurations, and oversee user access.
Your role will involve network administration, virtualization, Microsoft 365 management, and IT security, with a focus on proactive monitoring and system optimization. We are looking for a results-driven IT professional who values teamwork and enjoys working in an international and dynamic environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Network & Infrastructure Management – Administer Check Point firewalls, Cisco switches, configure VPN, VLAN, IPSec, WiFi, and troubleshoot network issues.

Server & Virtualization Administration – Manage Windows Server, Linux, Hyper-V, oversee Active Directory (Entra ID), DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
- Microsoft 365 & Cloud Services – Administer Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune MDM, and hybrid AD configurations.

IT Security & Compliance – Monitor and handle security incidents, vulnerability scans, and implement security policies via Microsoft Defender.

User Support & IT Operations – Provide 1st line IT support (Windows, macOS, applications, network issues), manage onboarding/offboarding processes.

IT Tools & Application Management – Administer Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Apple Business Manager, and other company-wide IT tools.

System Monitoring & Maintenance – Perform system monitoring, backups, updates, and performance optimization.

IT Procurement & Vendor Management – Oversee hardware and software purchases, license management, and supplier coordination.
Our Ideal Match:
-
At least 3 years of experience in an IT environment as an IT Administrator, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365.

Good understanding of networking – experience with firewalls, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, switching and routing.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and experience in managing virtual environments.
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and other enterprise IT tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- A team player with a friendly and approachable personality, able to work collaboratively in an international environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
