The Opportunity:
You will be accountable for the Strategic Aggregation Platform (SAGE) global delivery book of work, incorporating both regulatory deliverables and Risk Governed initiatives. This includes collaborating with global stakeholders, development, and transformation teams to ensure all deliverables and processes meet industry standards. The role reports to the IT Platform lead.

What you鈥檒l do:
- Manage all aspects of delivery, including budget, procurement, and execution.
- Work with vendors and stakeholders to define and prioritize the vendor roadmap.
- Ensure the book of work aligns with vendor and development teams, business, and transformation team priorities and deadlines.
- Define and adhere to quality processes, including risk identification and assessment.
- Ensure full transparency between global stakeholders by managing appropriate forums.
- Develop relationships with the global IT team and business teams.
- Work closely with product owners to ensure a constant flow of work items into the backlogs of respective pods.
- Collaborate with other streams to drive the standard of IT service and deliver common capabilities.
- Adopt Agile & DevOps methodology to enhance working efficiency and transparency.

What you will need to succeed in the role:
- Solid experience in technical ownership and driving business operation transformation.
- Strong capability in leading organizational transformation.
- Proven experience in financial planning and management, including budgeting.
- Vendor management experience and proven outcomes management.
- Demonstrable success in project/management methods and techniques.
- Knowledge and experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge and experience in Agile and DevOps development practices.
- Experience and passion for people development and team structure design and maintenance.
- Ability to manage multiple challenging stakeholders globally with conflicting priorities.
- Qualification in Information Technology.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English speaker.

- Knowledge of financial risk management in the banking or financial industry.
- Knowledge specific to the Traded Risk domain.
- Knowledge and experience specific to OLAP & BI technology.
- Knowledge of policies, processes, and procedures is an advantage.
