Test Automation Manager

Location: Kraków

Work Mode: Hybrid ( 2x week from office) 

Are you passionate about test automation and eager to grow in the dynamic world of banking and payments? Join our team as a Test Automation Engineer and contribute to the development and enhancement of modern payment systems. Working with us, you will have the opportunity to test and automate end-to-end processes, including integration with back-office systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated tests for payment systems, covering TDD, BDD, and non-UI testing.

• Collaborate with development teams and business analysts within an Agile framework.

• Conduct system, integration, and regression testing in continuous release cycles.

• Develop and optimize automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

• Monitor and report test results, manage defects, and drive issue resolution.

• Provide technical support to business stakeholders during live testing.

• Ensure high-quality test code, version control, and documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Our Expectations:

• Experience in banking systems testing, including knowledge of payment standards (SWIFT MT, MX – preferred).

• Programming skills – Python and Java (must-have), Selenium, Maven, TestNG.

• API and database test automation – Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, Load Runner.

• CI/CD tools proficiency – Jenkins, Ansible, GIT, GitHub.

• Cloud experience – GCP, AWS, and microservices architecture (Kubernetes, Docker).

• Database knowledge – Oracle, PostgreSQL (on-prem and GCP), MongoDB.

• Communication skills – fluency in English, ability to work effectively in Agile teams.
