QA Senior Specialist

What does it take to be successful during the recruitment process:

• at least 4 years of experience in the IT industry in the field of QA / testing
• very good analytical skills
• knowledge of tools used in QA (i.e. Postman/SoapUI, Swagger, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Maestro, BrowserStack, Jira, TestRail, Burp Suite and similar)
• experience in using various AI-based solutions to support QA and testing (agents, test generators, sample data generators etc.) 
• knowledge of concepts and methodologies used in QA
• experience in planning, documenting and maintaining QA processes for a project and company-wide (test plans, scenarios, strategies, reports)
• experience in testing web, mobile and backend applications and services
• experience in visual testing theory and practice (aesthetics, usability, UI/UX)
• knowledge of various execution environments (operating systems, web browsers, cloud)
• proficiency in conducting manual and automatic tests on API and GUI (sanity, functional, regression, load, etc.)
• understanding of security, compliance and performance aspects of modern IT applications and contexts
• meaningful participation in the full cycle of software development, from requirements gathering, through analysis, UI design, implementation, to release and support
• experience in delivering QA reports 
• proven history of successfully working with clients
• professional fluency in English (at least B2)

Our recruitment process:

1. Initial Call

We want to know you better! During this 45-60 minute video call, we will get to know each other. We will unveil some mysteries about Apzumi and ask you some questions about your needs, expectations and experience in this role. We will also explain the next steps of our recruitment process. 

2. Online Interview

During this 90-120 minutes online interview, we'll provide more context about the role you applied for and about standards we follow in Apzumi. You'll have the opportunity to tell us about your career and interest in this role. We may ask you some in-depth role-related questions, and we'll answer any pressing questions you may have.
