About the IT Graduate Programme.

Our IT Graduate Programme will be kicked off from 1 September 2025 and from there you will be a part of a 2-year opportunity designed to start your career in IT right after graduation. The IT Graduate Programme consists of 2 job rotations allowing you to explore different areas of IT and come closer to your area of interest and expertise.

• First rotation (12 months): You will apply your technical knowledge and skills contributing to developing sustainable IT solutions or maintaining high quality in our daily IT operations.
• Second rotation (12 months): Your will continue growing your technical capabilities as well as personal development. Here, you will play a role in impacting the direction you want to develop in and in which IT area this should take place.

As IT Graduate, you will have broad career possibilities, and after the programme, your journey will continue in Arla IT in a role within your desired field. For additional information, read more about the IT Graduate Programme here.

How you will make an impact as an IT Graduate?

As an IT Graduate, you will be a part of a highly competent and diverse IT team contributing to both daily operations and long-term projects. Thus, you will have a close collaboration with colleagues across countries in developing valuable solutions for our colleagues, farmers and customers.

During the IT Graduate Programme, you will receive a variety of development opportunities every step of the way. To ensure your professional and personal development, you will benefit from:

• Specific training through licenses, certifications or conferences to fit your individual interest and technical development
• One-to-one mentoring and coaching from senior professional
• Graduate network to broaden your horizon during training, traveling and social events
• Training in personal development to understand and use this as a driving force for personal growth

The IT Graduate Programme offers three different IT roles. Each role is broadly defined, thus your interest and educational background will be important when shaping the right opportunities and helping you reach your full potential in the role. As an IT Graduate, you apply for one of three following roles:

Solution Consultant

You will gain hands-on experience in optimizing system processes and delivering innovative technology solutions. In this role, you will support data migrations, conduct testing and design efficient system processes. You will work with a range of SaaS and SaaP solutions, including Salesforce and other packaged software.

Data Scientist/Engineer

Within the data science area, you will be exploring possibilities to help Arla with state of the art models and algorithms based on data. You will use new data-driven technologies to solve critical business problems. When exploring data engineering, you will drive the best practices around cloud-based infrastructure and services. You will help deliver data and advanced analytics across Arla's value chain and help enable colleagues to utilize data.

Network/Cloud Specialist

In this area, you will build knowledge and skills around infrastructure, distributed systems, information technology and cloud optimization. You will be involved in the implementation of both technical and behavioural changes in Arla and help ensure a good collaboration with different stakeholders across a landscape of end users, vendors and supporting functions in IT.

Your analytical and problem-solving mindset as well as your knowledge, questions and ideas will enable you to investigate and challenge ways of working and contribute to the development of even better solutions. As IT Graduate, you will be working with various stakeholders, thus building strong relationships and close collaboration will be key in succeeding. Further, you:

• Aspire to pursue a career in IT
• Imagine yourself in a role as Solution Consultant, Network/Cloud Specialist or Data Scientist/Engineer
• Live in Denmark or Poland or has a willingness to relocate
• Hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree within Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Mathematics & Economics, Physics, Business Intelligence or similar
• Graduated from your study no more than one year before the start of the IT Graduate Programme on 1 September 2025
