Who We’re Looking For: React / React Native Developer

As a  React / React Native Developer, you’ll be hands-on in delivering clean, scalable web and mobile apps for MVPs and beyond. You’ll work independently on projects, collaborating directly with Product Architects and founders (clients) to bring ideas to life.

This role is perfect for proactive developers who take ownership, thrive in lean teams, and are confident in building both web and mobile applications—or are eager to grow into both areas.

What You’ll Do

➔ Develop clean, efficient, and scalable applications using React (Next.js) for the web and React Native for mobile.

➔ Collaborate with Product Architects to implement user stories, designs, and features following our 4-Step Framework and SOPs.

➔ Independently manage development tasks for projects—often as the sole developer on a project.

➔ Set up and deploy projects using Vercel for web and Expo/EAS for mobile.

➔ Work with Supabase for complete backends, real-time databases, authentication, and storage solutions.

➔ Use GitHub for version control and follow clean, structured workflows.

➔ Debug, test, and improve applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.

What You Bring

➔ Strong experience with React and Next.js for building web applications.

➔ Proficiency in React Native for mobile application development.

➔ Experience working with design systems like Material UI or Native Paper.

➔ Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, and Expo/EAS.

➔ Ability to work independently and take ownership of entire development projects.

➔ Proactive mindset: you solve problems, ask questions, and deliver quality code on time.

➔ Comfort working directly with Product Architects and clients to align on priorities.

➔ Excellent English fluency in writing, reading, and speaking—you’ll work with English-speaking clients.
