    Description:

    Our team enables the organization to leverage the wide range of integration capabilities through focused digital products spanning the entire integration stack, including Event Streaming, REST APIs, GraphQL, Messaging, iPaaS, and EDI. We specialize in delivering products, frameworks, tools, and expertise to accelerate the implementation of efficient, scalable integration solutions that drive digital transformation.


    Role:

    As a Digital Product Manager (DPM) for Integration Transformation, your focus will be on integration capabilities as a foundational product, which includes Data Transformation, Protocol Transformation, Routing, and Orchestration. You will be driving the product roadmap to have off-the-shelf products in place, readily available for business use. Your product will enable seamless connectivity between sender and receiver by providing adopters, data mapping, protocol conversion, and orchestration capabilities. Your mission is to turn the product roadmap into working deliverables aligned with the overall strategy and product vision. This is achieved through collaboration with stable teams.


    Required Skills and Knowledge

    A combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration are required to ensure the successful development and delivery of digital products:

    • Product Strategy & Vision: Ability to define and drive a clear product vision aligned with business goals, translating strategy into roadmaps, balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals.
    • Stakeholder Management: Skilled at engaging diverse stakeholders, translating business needs into product requirements, and ensuring alignment across teams.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Expertise in working with technical and non-technical teams, fostering strong relationships to ensure smooth execution.
    • User-Centered Focus and Data-Driven Decision Making: Ensuring products meet user needs through data and measurements, advocating for a user-centric approach to deliver continuous value.
    • Agile Product Management: Experience in Agile frameworks and related product management methods, managing product cycles and adapting to changing priorities.
    • Communication & Storytelling: Strong communicator, able to clearly convey product vision and progress to all stakeholders.
    • Market & Competitive Awareness: Capacity to monitor trends and competitors to drive product innovation and maintain competitiveness and efficiency.
    • Change Management: Strong change management acumen to drive adoption and product transitions.


    While understanding API and event-based integration and architecture are key, this role primarily focuses on product management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement to drive business value and innovation.


    Who are you?

    We are looking for a natural leader who displays energy and passion for modern integration. You have the personality and drive to develop a product and create well-prepared concepts. You have several years of experience working in a field close to or within Product Management. You are used to taking responsibility and can communicate on different levels. Today, you probably have a role as a Team Manager, Lead Engineer, or similar. You have a university degree in a relevant field as a backbone to your knowledge.

    You always put the consumer in focus and are curious to understand the needs of the business to provide the best fit for each business area. You actively listen to stakeholders and believe in the power of collaboration. Working in a global context comes naturally to you.


    Additional info: work mode - hybrid - 2 days/week from the office in Wrocław.
