Intern - IoT Customer Success

Dive into the world of Internet of Things (IoT) by joining us as an intern in Customer Success. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn about and contribute to the successful implementation and support of IoT solutions across our global enterprise clients.

What you'll do:

• Assist in the onboarding processes and help optimize IoT solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Provide support in handling client inquiries and troubleshooting under supervision.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding of IoT functionalities.
• Assist in documenting client feedback and common issues.
• Support 1st line duties by acknowledging support tickets and assisting in basic troubleshooting.
• Observe and learn from senior team members how to manage client relationships and understand client performance metrics.

What you bring:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, telecommunications or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), TCP/UDP).
• Familiarity with Linux system administration.
• Interest in IoT and its applications in various industries.
• Strong communication skills and a keen interest in IT consulting or customer support roles.
• Fluent in English and Polish (B2/C1 level).
• Eager to learn and proactive in solving problems.
