he Execution Lead role is a critical part of this initiative, responsible for overseeing the program's successful execution and delivery.
Detailed Description of Work Task to Be Carried Out:
As an Execution Lead in the Core Banking Program, your primary responsibility is to manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring business and technological teams collaborate effectively to meet objectives. Your key tasks include:
- Leading cross-functional teams in a distributed Agile (SAFe) environment to deliver quality features aligned with business needs.
- Identifying and prioritizing critical issues across project areas, developing and implementing effective solutions.
- Conducting thorough investigations into recurring issues and implementing preventive measures to mitigate risks.
- Assessing and outlining innovative approaches to achieve both tactical and strategic program objectives.
- Managing key internal and external stakeholders, including third-party vendors, to ensure critical deliveries and commitments are met.
- Providing leadership, training, and mentorship to engineering leaders and engineers within the program.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging best practices across the organization.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
