The HR Transformation Program aims to modernize and optimize HR processes, systems, and service delivery models. The objective is to enhance operational efficiency, improve employee experience, and ensure seamless HR service transition across multiple regions. This transformation will enable the organization to implement best-in-class HR technologies, streamline workflows, and achieve strategic HR objectives.
The Program Leadership role is a critical part of this initiative, responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of the HR transformation program.
Detailed Description of Work Tasks to Be Carried Out
As a Program Leadership Support in the HR Transformation Program, your primary responsibility is to manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring business and technological teams collaborate effectively to meet objectives. Your key tasks include:
- Assisting the Program Manager in the overall planning, coordination, and execution of the HR transformation program.
- Acting as the primary deputy, stepping in to lead the program independently when required.
- Facilitating the transition from the current service provider to a new one, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Overseeing all aspects of the transition process, including risk management, issue resolution, and contingency planning.
- Supporting the development and refinement of a standardized global template for HR processes and systems, ensuring adaptability for local needs across six countries.
- Coordinating with regional teams to customize and implement the global template in line with local regulations and business practices.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and country-specific teams.
- Facilitating regular program updates, steering committee meetings, and progress reviews.
- Serving as a communication bridge to ensure transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and technical teams alike.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adjust priorities as needed.
- Comfortable managing multiple streams of work simultaneously and adapting to changing project requirements.
Additional Requirements
- Experience in HR department and/or projects delivered for HR.
- Experience in BPO transformational projects.
- Experience in HRIS (HR Information Systems) implementation, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
