    Headquartered in Poland, Breslau, Baselinker has 9 independently-run teams across the globe (Brazil, Czech Republic, Romania, India, UK, USA, DACH, India, France). Currently, we are experiencing exponential growth and are scaling globally. We have made a few acquisitions, set up new businesses, and grown the team significantly (team size 15x growth in last 3 years) - we are 300 professionals globally.


    Currently, we are looking for a Global HubSpot Manager who will ensure the effective and secure use of the HubSpot platform within our company. This is a stand-alone role, where you will independently manage all aspects of the HubSpot account and provide strategic support to teams in achieving their business goals.


    Experience

    • 2+ years of experience in HubSpot management
    • proficient in data analysis and report creation
    • strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM best practices
    • proactive problem-solving mindset
    • excellent organizational and self-management skills
    • fluent in English (C1+)
    • exceptional communication skills


    Tasks

    • overseeing HubSpot implementation across multiple markets
    • working closely with marketing and sales teams to maximize efficiency and enhance customer engagement
    • responsibillity for Hubspot process design and automation
    • overseeing and optimizing integrations within the HubSpot ecosystem, managing our global Enterprise contract
    • tracking new HubSpot features, driving process improvements, and introducing innovative solutions.
