    • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance CRM capabilities.
    • Mentorship and Training: Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development within the technical team.

Qualifications & Competencies (education, skills, experience):

    • Salesforce Expertise: Extensive knowledge and expertise of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CRM best practices.
    • Programming Skills: Strong and hands-on programming skills in Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL, with experience in Salesforce development frameworks (e.g., Lightning Web Components).
    • Integration Knowledge: Proficient in Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware solutions (e.g., MuleSoft). Experience with decentralized, microservices-based integration approaches and various integration patterns.
