💼 Who You Are:

• You have 5+ years’ experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Elementor, ACF, WP Rocket, and AIOSEO.
• Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, CSS/SCSS, Git.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Familiarity with Converting Figma designs into responsive WordPress websites.
• Level of English B2/C1.
• Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders globally.
• Good time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high-quality bar.

• Experience with React, Vue.js

🚀 Your Mission:

Close cooperation with the Marketing, UX/UI, and IT teams to create a seamless and high-performing website.

Development & Maintenance of WordPress Website

• Full ownership of the WordPress-based website bigtime.net, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• Regular updates, optimizations, and bug fixes to maintain site health.
• Implementing and maintaining custom themes and plugins tailored to business needs.
• Ensuring the site remains compliant with modern web standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and SEO best practices.

Performance Optimization & Technical SEO

• Monitoring and optimizing page speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall website performance.
• Implementing technical SEO improvements, including structured data, meta tags, and URL structure optimization.

Website Customization & Feature Development

• Developing custom WordPress functionalities using PHP, JavaScript, and WordPress APIs.
• Customizing and extending WordPress themes and plugins based on business requirements.
• Creating and managing integrations with third-party services (CRM, analytics, marketing automation).

Content Management & Support for Marketing Team

• Collaborating with the marketing team to implement landing pages, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimizations.
• Supporting content updates, blog publishing, and template improvements for better user experience.
• Ensuring seamless CMS usability for non-technical users.
