Currently, we are seeking an experienced AI Engineer who is eager to tackle challenging projects in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying advanced AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and scale our systems, and driving innovation in our machine learning initiatives. ✅ What you will do:

• Design and implement AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and pydanticAI.

• Integrate and optimize local language models (e.g., llama.cpp, LocalAI).

• Connect AI agents to observability tools (e.g., Langsmith) and monitor their performance.

• Develop NLP logic for classification and information extraction.

• Maintain AI pipelines and collaborate with internal teams on model fine-tuning and deployment strategies.

✅ What we are looking for:

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and pydanticAI.

• Proven track record in building and deploying AI agents.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Langsmith or similar observability platforms.

• Practical knowledge of local deployment frameworks for language models (LocalAI, llama.cpp or equivalents).

• Experience with on-prem LLMs.
