Mid/Senior QA Engineer

*We are looking for Poland based candidate. The job is remote but may require some business trips to Katowice.

THINGS YOU WILL DO

• Collaborate on various Bank implementations, integration and migration projects
• Write and maintain automated tests for backend, frontend and mobile application, manual tests, creation of test cases and test plans (also for regression)
• Prepare reporting mechanisms of automated tests findings (bugs)
• Train team quality engineers how to enhance and maintain designed automated test scenarios 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• Solid experience in automated tests (3+ years of experience preferred) and also being open to for manual testing
• Ability to create and maintain test automation in Java or JS frameworks like Cypress, Nighwatch.js, jUnit
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and processes
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools like Azure DevOps
• Experience in working with Agile/Scrum development processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with version control systems like GIT
• High level of initiative, ability to work independently and collaboratively

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools
• Experience in working in banking environment would be a huge plus
