ARIS Data Modeler

6 to 12 Month Contract

Wrocław, Poland (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

A prestigious global banking and financial services organization is seeking an experienced ARIS Modeler to join their team in Wrocław up to 12 months contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive models using the ARIS platform to support their documentation and financial technology infrastructure.

About the Role:

As a Process Modeler at this leading financial institution, you will work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain data models that accurately represent financial products, services, and processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the systems meet regulatory requirements while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain detailed flow models using ARIS modelling tools
• Improve existing documentation process flows and propose improvements to align with business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
• Ensure these models comply with financial industry regulations and company standards
• Support digital transformation initiatives within the organization
• Facilitate knowledge transfer between business and IT departments
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure model integrity

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with ARIS modelling tools
• Proven experience in process modelling and enterprise architecture concepts
• Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products
• Excellent communication skills in English 
• Ideally ARIS certification or formal training

Pay and Duration:

• Up to 1800 PLN a day
• Initial 6-month contract with view up to 12 months due to scope of work required.
