The Third Line Solution Engineer role

This role is based in Wrocław, Poland, and we encourage our teams to connect in person at our city-center office. We value the time spent collaborating face-to-face— whether it’s brainstorming together or simply enjoying a cup of coffee.

We’re currently seeking a motivated and experienced Third Line Solution Engineer to take an active role in strengthening the technical foundation of our global e-commerce platform.
This year, our priorities include advancing our headless infrastructure, streamlining internal processes, and expanding our API landscape. In this role, you’ll tackle complex challenges, collaborate across teams, and contribute to delivering reliable, high-quality technical solutions.

1. Introductory Interview
This is where we get to know each other! We’ll introduce you to Centra—our product, culture, and the role itself. We’ll also discuss your experience, expectations and what you’re looking for in your next challenge. (Online, 30–45 min)
2. Problem solving - assessment
You’ll receive an invitation to complete short online assessments that evaluate your problem-solving and language skills. This helps us understand how you think and communicate. (Online, ~30 min)
3. Technical Interview
This stage focuses on the technical aspects of the role. You’ll engage in discussions and tasks designed to showcase your skills in a real-world context. (Online, 1-1,5h)
4. Interview with the Manager
You’ll meet your potential manager to dive deeper into the role, the team’s way of working and how your experience aligns with our current needs. It’s also a great opportunity to ask any role-specific or strategic questions you may have. (On-site, 1h)
