IT Solution Advisor

We seek new talents to join our engineering teams to advance our international projects, where we build on collective competence and configure different types of infrastructure: cloud based, hybrid, on-premises. 

Responsibilities: 

As a IT Solution Advisor, you empower customers to get their hands on top-notch cloud, onpremises and hybrid architectural solutions. In this role, on the one hand you will be the go-to person for our customers by showcasing how cloudatus can help them build success, and on the other act as the voice of the customer by driving their insights into engineering. 

At cloudatus, you will: 

• work in large infrastructure environment
• participate in prototypes and Proof of Concepts in line with the group architecture and customer requirements 
• supervise implementation of new architectural approaches while working closely with the team by driving partnerships with the appropriate internal teams/resources 
• design strategies and roadmap for client for the next 2-4 years in IT Infra (e.g. Full-Cloud, Hybrid, All-OnPrem etc.) and then drive the various projects, resulting from that roadmap
• analyse and address business and technical requirements, to propose the best solutions 
• create conceptual and design documentation (High-Level Design)
• Implement global governance and rules to the various client sites and locations
• guide and lead the local IT Infrastructure Team along that roadmap and strategy
• oversee implementation projects, ensuring technical blockers are removed by sharing ideas, insights, and strategic, technical input 

Required technical and professional expertise: 

• solid knowledge of IT architecture and infrastructure design 
• understanding of systems integration concept 
• able to take a personalized, solution-based approach to customer needs 
• persistent, analytical, customer-centric and demonstrating a results-oriented mindset 
• technical breadth across the following systems/processes: public cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP), network solutions, server hosting, virtualization platforms, Microsoft 365 and general knowledge about IT Security

This role requires collaboration with customers from all around the world, therefore fluency in English and German is required (minimum B2 level).

Location: Rzeszów, but this role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home or opt for more business-y settings in our office. It’s all up to you.
