Job description

For our greenfield project, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us manage the project until the end of Q1 2026. (possibility of longer cooperation). We anticipate working together for the duration of the project.
Your daily tasks will include
☁️ Define and manage the project roadmap.,
☁️ Organize quarterly PI planning sessions,
☁️ Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies,
☁️ Establish and monitor key program metrics,
☁️ Ensure compliance with corporate standards (architecture, data governance, compliance),
☁️ Facilitate team synchronization and promote a culture of continuous improvement,
☁️ Report program status and communicate with stakeholders,
☁️ Lead and coordinate the delivery & tracking team.
☁️ Monthly business trips to our client's office for 2-3 days.
The following will make you succeed in this role
⭐️ Minimum 5 years in Project Management.
⭐️ A strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
⭐️ Knowledge and experience with different project management frameworks, including waterfall, agile, Kanban, Prince 2, etc.
⭐️ Solid business & IT flows understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle.
⭐️ Experience in Jira & Confluence.
⭐️ Fluent in English and ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment.
⭐️ Strong grasp of current communication, project tracking, and budget management technologies.
⭐️ Understanding or experience in RTE (release train engineer).
