Devops Engineer

About the role

We are a startup team building a cloud-based SaaS product powered by state-of-the-art AI. Our mission is to deliver a cutting-edge, data-driven application that transforms how users interact with complex information.

We’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to help us create a smart monitoring platform using AI and machine learning.

In this role, you’ll drive the implementation of a cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud, leveraging Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines. You'll work closely with developers to streamline deployments, ensure observability, and deliver reliable cloud solutions.

Requirements

• Development background - proficient in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Go)
• Expert knowledge of CI/CD pipelines including experience using pipeline as code
• Strong knowledge of software configuration management systems and version control software
• Containerization
• Practical experiences with Kubernetes
• Solid knowhow about Google Cloud Platform
• Experience in setting up observability

Nice to have:

• Experience working on AI or data-driven platforms
• Awareness of how AI is transforming the tech industry
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts or AI/ML deployment pipelines

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the development team to understand the solution architecture and build requirements in order to properly build the CI/CD pipelines.
• Help establish best practices for code deployment to cloud-based infrastructure
• Responsible for the cloud-native tooling which will support the development team with all cloud-related activities like building reliable delivery pipelines, workload orchestration.
• Responsible for building observability for a cloud solution.
