About The Role

We are looking for talented, curious, and energetic Ruby on Rails Developer who embrace solving complex challenges on a global scale.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy full-stack features within existing Ruby on Rails codebases,
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality code,
• Work closely with other developers to integrate back-end functionality with user interfaces

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering full-stack features in large Ruby on Rails applications,
• Solid front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.),
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS (developer level),
• Proficiency in MySQL and RabbitMQ,
• Knowledge of monitoring systems such as Datadog or Prometheus,
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
