Job description
We are looking for a talented Data Analyst who is passionate about building solutions that leverage various analytical tools, including Microsoft PowerBI, Python, Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background data modelling, data analytics, data visualisation, and delivering efficiency solutions to support business needs.
Key Responsibilities

Data Products Development and Deployment: Recognize opportunities, design, build, and maintain custom data products (incl. dataflow automations) using PowerBI, Python and other Microsoft Technologies to address specific business requirements and Client needs.

Data Modelling: Design and create data models to address specific business requirements.

Project Management: Manage data products delivery process by supporting junior experts work.

Integration: Utilize Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Azure Services (incl. DataBricks) and third-party applications in data products development.

Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Data Products.

Team Management: support and accelerate junior experts development

Collaboration: Work closely with various business departments and business analysts, to understand requirements and to deliver effective solutions.

Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for solutions.
Our requirements
- fluent spoken and written English
- excellent PowerBI knowledge (including DAX)
- advanced Python knowledge
- strong understanding of data modelling, database design, and SQL
- experience with cloud services (incl. Microsoft Azure, DataBricks)
- a strong interest in cutting-edge technologies, particularly in AI
- exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to design and clearly articulate complex solution
- high problem-solving skills and ability to work individually or in a team
- effective communication skills to interface with stakeholders and end-users
