Skills we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Proficiency in Remix, or Next.js is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — you’re able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects. While we know context-switching can be challenging, you should be able to balance multiple initiatives efficiently. Don’t worry—you’ll have the full support of our PM team and an experienced tech lead to help keep things on track.
• Fluent in verbal and written English (our clients are primarily US-based).
• A keen eye for design and user experience — We deeply value thoughtful UI/UX and are committed to implementing designs with excellence. UI/UX excellence is critical to us, and we expect the same level of care in execution
• A leadership mindset—you enjoy guiding and mentoring other developers, advocating for best practices, and driving scalable, testable solutions.

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce (any platform)
