We are looking for a Junior Python Developer with React with experience in Python and knowledge of front-end technologies who will join Controlant's Device Management team. Currently the team consists of 5 members and is responsible for Controlant’s device life cycle management, monitoring solutions, and device logistics solutions. Utilising a Development Life Cycle (Innovation Process), Junior Developer will work with technical and non-technical associated in defining business and technical requirements to develop new functions or redesign existing functionality.
What are the responsibilities?
- Analysis and definition of functional and design requirement specifications for team’s components, based on user requirements, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Works with Tech Lead in user requirement analysis and system designs
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to optimize designs for simplicity, efficiency, cost and value for customers
- Designing, implementing and releasing components according to the company's procedures and quality standards
- Documenting and communicating team’s component specifications, user instructions and manuals, validation documentation and other component related information
- Seeks ways to improve the innovation process in terms of efficiency and quality, and implement changes in collaboration with the Chapter Lead and the Teach lead
- Will partake in testing of components implemented by other teams
What are the qualifications?
- University degree in Computer science, Engineering or similar - or experience in Software Development
- Experience in Python programming
- Open to learning and working with other technologies, such as .NET
- At least basic knowledge of front-end technologies, especially React
- Self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously
- Good written and spoken English
