At Damisa, we care about outcomes - not just activity. No matter your role, your work should move the business forward.
If you love getting things done (not just “working”) and have experience in startup environments, keep reading.

Information on the processing of personal data can be found here.
We’re building a company where everyone knows what matters most and feels empowered to make a difference. We care more about impact than output. That means if you can solve a problem without writing a single line of code - great. AI, SaaS, no-code, or process changes? Even better if they’re effective.
We're looking for people who:
- Take ownership
- Learn fast and share knowledge
- Love to brainstorm, solve problems, and get things done
Core Tech Stack:
- Node.js
- MySQL (Prisma)
- Websockets
- Kubernetes
- Playwright
- AWS
- React + Tailwind + Shadcn
- Jest
- Temporal
- Crypto experience
- Payments / financial systems background
- Security know-how
- DevOps skills
We don’t put much weight on CVs. If you have one, cool - send it. But more importantly, help us assess the match by briefly answering these:
- What’s your battle-tested experience with the tech stack above? What are you strong in, and what’s newer to you? A real-world example of something you built would be great.
- What was the most interesting problem you solved recently?
- Have you worked in a very small startup before? What motivates you the most?
- Has AI changed the way you work? How do you use it (for coding or otherwise)?
- How do you usually approach your work? Do you prefer structured, predictable tasks, or do you thrive in more messy, experimental environments where things evolve fast and you're figuring stuff out along the way?
- Any issues with occasional in-person workshops or 1–2 days in-office time if it makes sense for everyone?
- How soon could you start?
- Can you share some projects, repos, or experiments that showcase your experience and the way you solve problems?
We keep it simple:
-
Step 0 – Quick screening call to align and set up a proper session if things click
-
Step 1 – 45–60 min deep-dive into product/tech/your experience
-
Step 2 – 20–30 min chat with a few team members from different areas (just to vibe-check both ways)
- You'll get a clear yes/no and feedback shortly after
We don’t do ping pong tables, pizza Thursdays, or avocado toast budgets (sorry). Here’s what we actually offer:
-
Stock options – You’re joining early, and we want to build something meaningful together
-
Empowered environment – Everyone’s trusted to make fast decisions, try things, ship ideas, and adapt quickly if something doesn’t work
-
Real ownership – You won’t be just writing code. You'll be shaping what we build, how we build it, and even why
-
Business-first mindset – You’ll have full context to make the best decisions, not just for your role but for the business as a whole
-
Team of doers – People here are curious, proactive, and love figuring things out instead of waiting to be told what to do
