Junior Oracle Database Developer

Who are we looking for ?

We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of Junior Oracle Database Developer. The ideal candidate should possess good SQL and PL/SQL skills and demonstrate ability to work with Oracle database environment. Familiarity with any of: Python, Oracle APEX or Snowflake will be considered as a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop and maintain Oracle databases
2. Troubleshoot database functionality and query performance issues with large datasets
3. Develop, modify, and manage databases using SQL language
4. Create and maintain ETL processes using Airflow and Oracle PL/SQL

Requirements:

The basics :

• Minimum 12 months of commercial experience in a similar role
• Higher education (Bachelor's degree minimum, Master's degree preffered) in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in SQL language and Oracle relational databases
• Ability to create efficient and optimized queries in SQL
• Knowledge of PL/SQL - creating and utilizing functions, packages and procedures
• Proficiency in Polish (C1 level) and English (B1 level)
• Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) will be considered a big advantage
• Experience with Python will be considered a big advantage
• Experience with Snowflake will be considered a big advantage
