IT Developer Expert - Oracle

IT Developer

💻hybrid model (2 days in the office)

💸150-180 PLN/h netto +VAT

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize SQL queries and database performance from both application and backend perspectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve inefficient database setups and query bottlenecks
• Apply expert knowledge in DB tuning, indexing strategies, and execution plans
• Work with asynchronous database configurations and high availability setups, including Fast-Start Failover (FSFO)
• Utilize Oracle reporting tools to monitor system health and performance metrics
• Support performance profiling, system diagnostics, and tuning efforts in collaboration with developers and infrastructure teams

Requirements:

• Strong experience with relational databases such as Oracle, including advanced SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with query and performance optimization techniques
• Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot issues related to unoptimized DB setups
• Solid understanding of asynchronous database architectures
• Familiarity with high availability (HA) setups, specifically FSFO
• Proficiency in using Oracle reporting and monitoring tools
• Experience in system profiling and performance tuning

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of NoSQL solutions such as Redis
• Experience with containers on Kubernetes
• Understanding of microservices architecture and integration patterns
• Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging technologies
