Oracle Xstore Developer

Responsibilities:

• Work on Oracle XStore POS implementation
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide expert advice on Oracle XStore POS functionalities and capabilities
• Participate in functional testing and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for timely delivery of solutions
• Communicate effectively with onsite and offshore teams
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of relevant information technology experience
• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent (work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
• 2+ years of experience in retail technology, with a focus on Oracle XStore POS
• Proven experience in working on Oracle XStore POS implementation projects
• Strong understanding of retail business processes and POS systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• English level: B2, C1
• Knowledge of best practices followed in retail industries
• Experience in Oracle XStore POS and retail applications
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE and SQL
