Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders, AI engineers, and data scientists to translate business needs
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, defining clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Ensure smooth and timely delivery solutions by identifying and removing roadblocks
- Work closely with development teams, focusing on real-world business impact
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user adoption, and business impact, making data-driven decisions for improvements
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, AI specialists, and engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master in large, international organizations
- Proven experience in financial services and tax-related processes
- Understanding of GenAI, including LLM, chatbots, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience leading Agile teams
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business and engineering teams
- Fluency in English (C1), with exceptional communication and presentation skills
