Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine business requirements
- Design, develop, and implement Workday enhancements and projects
- Optimize integrations, workflows, and custom reports
- Coordinate unit and user acceptance testing for new Workday/HRIS features
- Deliver user training and support during deployment and post-implementation phases
- Analyze and enhance existing Workday processes
- Resolve HRIS-related incidents and address priority issues efficiently
- Provide strategic guidance on Workday solutions and contribute to HR technology roadmaps
- Support HR projects and administer HR tools
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years's experience as a Workday Consultant, with 2 years’ experience with HRIS
- Strong expertise in Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting
- Solid understanding of HR processes
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with IT service management methodologies (e.g., ITIL)
- Experience with agile change management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Skilled in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
- Passionate about learning and personal growth, willing to step outside of your comfort zone
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Availability for occasional business travel
