AI Governance & Responsible AI Specialist
Location: Remote (EU-based)
Contract Type: B2B Contract
Experience: 5–10 Years
Languages: English + at least one EU language (e.g., German, French, Spanish)
- Lead and enforce Responsible AI practices across projects.
- Develop and maintain AI governance policies and compliance frameworks.
- Advise on ethical, legal, and social aspects of AI.
- Guide cross-functional teams to ensure transparent and compliant AI development.
- Monitor AI system deployments and adherence to governance protocols.
- Stay updated on EU AI laws (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act).
- Deliver training and promote responsible AI awareness internally.
- Act as the central point of contact for AI governance queries.

5–10 years in AI governance or responsible AI roles.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles (fairness, transparency, accountability).
- Experience with EU regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in at least one EU language (in addition to English).
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Law, Ethics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications in AI ethics, data privacy, or governance are a plus.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and data privacy standards.
- Experience in multilingual, multicultural environments.
- Exposure to end-to-end AI project lifecycles.
- Involvement in industry forums or AI ethics research.
