AI/ML Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Business Analyst to drive GenAI model development in a leading global financial institution. Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid – 1 day a week onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of GenAI models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define AI-driven product features.
• Monitor AI model performance and implement improvements.
• Stay ahead of GenAI, analytics, and prompt engineering trends.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Develop comprehensive system test plans for AI capabilities.
• Foster collaborative partnerships across teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years in AI/ML, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong mathematical background in Computer Science, AI/ML, Statistics, Engineering.
• Proven experience with GenAI, LLMs, NLP techniques, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, JavaScript, HTML.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AI platforms.
• Preferred experience in the banking/financial sector, particularly Global Banking, Investment Banking, or Commercial Banking.
