This role requires an experienced professional to provide expert consultation, integration guidance, and troubleshooting assistance while ensuring seamless license management across digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a peer to technical staff of digital product teams, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain internal documentation for license management within digital product teams.
• Consult on integration of license management processes into digital products.
• Offer side-by-side assistance for implementation and troubleshooting.
• Maintain test environments and facilitate testing processes.
• Manage a forum for digital product teams to share license experiences, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to vendors.
• Develop a deep understanding of business processes governing the application and establish strong connections with technical teams.
• Coach and mentor other professionals by sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Design and communicate high-level architectural structures to guide solution development.
• Ensure that business and technical requirements (e.g., automation) are effectively addressed in proposed solutions.
• Drive innovation and optimization of processes and methods within license management.
• Guide the development and modification of solution components to ensure compatibility with industry standards and business objectives.
• Lead cross-solution architecture efforts to align with company strategies and policies.
• Provide expert-level input to solution maintenance and support teams to identify areas for improvement.

• Strong background in license management and technical consulting.
• Experience in integrating license solutions into digital products.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic guidance.
• Experience in software architecture, automation, and process optimization.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coach and guide technical teams.
