Cybersecurity DevOps Engineer

Client: Multinational Financial Institution

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

• Designing, building, maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting systems with RHEL (minimum RHCE level).
• Managing and automating tasks using Ansible.
• Enhancing processes with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Implementing Continuous Integration/Delivery pipelines to streamline operations.
• Supporting Vulnerability Management and Change Management processes.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing IP networking protocols and technologies.

Skills & Experience We Require:

1. Essential Skills:

• Strong expertise in RHEL at a minimum of RHCE level.
• Solid understanding of IP networking protocols, tools, and technologies.
• Proficiency in Ansible for task automation.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash and Python.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools for process automation.
• Good grasp of Vulnerability Management and Change Management workflows.

1. Optional/Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Windows Server OS.
• Experience with database engines like MSSQL (including always-on) and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Ali) with a focus on automation and lifecycle management.
• Experience with cloud-based database implementations.
• Skills in observability tools such as Application Dynamics, Splunk, xMatters.
• Implementing scalable and resilient platforms using technologies like containers and virtualization.
• Familiarity with secrets management tools (HashiCorp Vault) and source code management technologies (Git).
• Working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and ServiceNow.
• Coding, scripting, and database management expertise (e.g., SQL, GitHub, and best practices).
