DevSecOps Architect (Azure)

Remote | B2B Contract | Poland

Key Responsibilities

• Design and author High-Level Designs (HLDs) and technical architecture documentation
• Act as Technical Authority: review and validate architecture and engineering designs, identifying weaknesses and proposing improvements
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and development teams, providing clear guidance and thought leadership
• Build and maintain secure development environments, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices
• Offer expert-level security engineering support for tools such as Microsoft Defender
• Apply deep knowledge of security architecture principles, with hands-on experience in Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Contribute to secure developer tooling, especially around developer images and build pipelines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevSecOps Architect, Cloud Security Engineer, or Technical Lead
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure security architecture and services
• Hands-on expertise in tools like Microsoft Defender, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker
• Familiarity with secure CI/CD pipelines and developer toolchains
• Clear understanding of cloud security principles and secure infrastructure automation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead technical conversations
• Experience working in remote, agile environments
